DUDLEY TROPHY RACE RESULTS

Congratulations to Simon Gerson & Serena Gerson, sailing SS 137 Magic, for winning this year’s Dudley Trophy!

We had excellent conditions for racing with blue skies and winds between 12–15 knots, gusting up to 20 from the North-Northwest. The shifts kept sailors on their toes as they searched for the lifts that would make the difference.

The day wasn’t without its challenges. The race committee had to abandon the first race when the marks dragged their anchors and needed to be reset. In the second race, boat #122 unfortunately capsized after catching a powerboat wake during a jibe.

Despite these setbacks, it was a lively and competitive afternoon on the water with a strong turnout of seven boats. Spirits were high, and the racing community came together to make it another memorable event!

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all SS Class competitors for their skill and sportsmanship, and to everyone who supported the Dudley Trophy Regatta for helping make the day such a success!
